“SEX FOR GRADES” | MY EXPERIENCE | BBC AFRICA EYE | KIKI MORDI EXPOSES UNILAG AND GHANIAN LECTURERS

Academic organizations in West Africa have progressively been encountering claims of sexual harassment by lecturers. This sort of abuse is stated to be native to the island, yet it’s almost never ever confirmed.

After collecting loads of testimonies, BBC Africa Eye sent covert reporters posing as students inside the University of Lagos and the University of Ghana.

Female reporters were sexually harassed, propositioned as well as put under stress by elderly lecturers at the institutions– all the while wearing secret electronic cameras.

Reporter Kiki Mordi, who understands first-hand just how disastrous sexual harassment can be, discloses what takes place behind shut doors at a few of the region’s most prominent universities.
